NEVER dance the "Job Corps Shuffle" with a student.                                                                                   

                        Job Corps Shuffle: Send a student to one person, who then sends them to another, and so on until the student is frustrated with everyone.

                        If a former student calls you (and they will), always get a call back number.  Report contact to CTS department.                  

                        When a student is frustrated the behavior expressed will be what has served them well in the past, it is our job to teach new behaviors.
